Computer Maintenance Systems similar to CRM or ERP

We are looking for a ASPX / .NET 4.5 / SQL 2012 developer to work on a Computer Maintenance Management Information System (CMMiS) This work is similar to CRM / ERP development and a portfolio of CRM /ERP work on ASPX / .NET 4.5 is require with your bid. Do not submit a bid without providing a portfolio of work in the CRM / ERP area. We do NOT want to see samples of Content Management Systems. The developer must deliver 2 parts 1. Site Layout 2. Site Functuionality The Site Layout requires a CSS / Studio 2012 Master Page for the samples given in the System Spec. The developer must submitt 3 samples (1 page for each sample) and one will be choosen and developed. Site Functionality Requires the developer to write the BLL (Business Logic Layer) / DAL (Data Access Later) classes and complete web pages / forms for the following 3 modules. The pages must have functionality to Create, Edit and Delete. This parts requires skills in Microsoft ASP X , .net 4.5, Entity Framework, C# and SQL 2012 The three modules are a. A user Forms Based Authentication / security b. A Customer module c. An Equipment Module Database tables are in place on a SQL 2012 server on our Windows server with sample data. The developer does NOT have to work on creating the SQL database Our own costing for this project are 1. Site Layout. USD $250 The layout process will be short as sample layouts have been provided and the layout and navigation are simple. 2. Site Functionality USD $400 The database tables exist and the site layout is created (above) so this is a straight forward coding exercise. It will be incorrect of you to include designers and systems analysis time. The coding is straight forward and great detail has been put in the document attached. We will not pay additional amounts for unnecessary work. There will only be one milestone payment of USD $250 after the site layout is complete. We will reject bids that require higher or more milestone payments. DO NOT submitt bids over USD $750. If your bid is over $750 we will assume you did not read the spec correctly or that your pricing is wrong and we will NOT consider your bid. Project will be supervised by a senior ASPX / SQL/ .NET developer, code needs to be of high standard, consistent, clear and commented. - ASPX / .NET 4.5 / C# and Microsoft SQL 2012 backend - HTML (5) and CSS front end - Will be delivered and tested on our server - Source (Project) Code will belong to us - History of delivery on time and within budget is required.
