ASP.NET fix two legacy web.config from website moved to windows 2008 from 2003

I have Already Convert Many Project from 2003 to 2008 . therefore i think that i can do this job nicely. I will do my best job . I am senior software engineer in my Company . i want to do this job for my financial problem. how i will solve your problem.. the basic problem After Converting from 2003 to 2008 is Assemblies errors And dlls used in 2003 Project.
