Computer rent business needs automation

Strong knowledge and expertise required in clasicc ASP (rarely .net), JavaScript, VBScript, DHTML, HTML and CSS. Good knowledge of SQL required as back-end (around 10 tables). The project deals with different aspects of our leasing business which has been divided into various parts, user help files included. You will start the project from scratch. The main purpose of the site is not sales and marketing, it deals with our internal needs. Important: This application heavily uses CSS and DHTML, including forms, tables, reports and help files. System/Script messages in different languages (user choice). Each user could select a different color scheme from the CSS (we provide, say, 3 choices). Extended usage of functions, subs and input controls is a must. You will have the spec and functions for each part and deliver the pieces step by step. You must have or create a Skype account (for daily progress discussions) and ability to deliver the results fast. Estimated time for the whole project is about 3 weeks.
