Add a new functionality - CLASSIC ASP, SQL SERVER(repost)

Please see the attached doc. That will give you a better understanding of page layout I am looking for. All is displayed on the same page. The links will displayed next to the family member to add memorial ONLY if they have been identified as deceased.

When one clicks on Family tree link, show a ASP page which has 3 Links:

1) Add a member to family tree

2) Edit family tree members

3) Show family tree

**Explanations:**

1) When the user clicks the first link (Add member), then show the page as described in the attached document

2) When the user clicks the second link (Edit), show the list of all members, and provide link and functionality to edit a member (any information), or to remove a member completely. If a member is removed that breaks the tree, then while displaying the tree, show a place holder to say - Add a member here. For example if great-grandfather is added, grandfather is added and father is added. At some point, the user deletes grandfather. In this case, the link is now broken. So when displaying the tree, in place of grandfather, show a place holder that says "Add a family member".

3) When the user clicks this link, show the tree only (same as 1 except it does not have a way to add member). Show the links next to names to view memorials if it exists or add memorials if deceased.

**Database for the family tree:**

I will let you design your own tables for this purpose.

I will provide you current schema for the user & memorial tables.

## Deliverables

1) Create a simple report to read from couple of tables. Use some basic search parameters for the report like search by specific date, date range, transactions for last 30,60,90,120 days (can be a drop down), search by name, get all data. The table structure will be provided. From this report page, have link for step 3 below.

2) The same report can also be downloaded to Excel.

3) A functionality for requesting withdrawl of funds - again read information from a couple of tables, select some data and do validation (example withdrawl cannot be more than amount in account) and submit request which gets stored in a table. The table structure will be provided.

4) Create a report to list all withdrawl submissions and provide ability to mark these as processed (change a flag). The table structure will be provided.
