Cactus Shop - Need the best Designers

We have a cactushop project that requires A TOP CLASS DESIGN HOUSE We will absolutely only consider companies who supply a top class port folio. Your design must be striking and original, and you will be expected to integrate it into cactus shop and keep everything standards based. So knowlege of xHTML, CSS and XSLT will be a must. We would also like a striking flash animation on the home page. PLEASE only respond if you have completed similar work, have an up-to-date portfolio and have the capacity in house to complete this project.
