Authoring tool for Basic English

This is a project for somebody who is experienced in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), and has excellent knowledge of Prolog. I need a full project completed consisting of: An Authoring tool for Ogdens Basic English written in Prolog, and a full report (approx 80 A4 pages) documenting the whole project e.g. consiting of.. Abstract, Introduction, Background research, Design, Conclusion etc.. Ogdens Basic English is a controlled vocabulary of the English language, which is a subset of the English language containing 850 words ( a simple Google search for 'Ogdens Basic English' will provide more information and the complete word list. The Authoring tool should allow one to write in Basic English and to make suggestions for words which are not recognized as being in the Basic English List. 2. This is a research project so therefore has alot of scope, but as a minimum the above (1) must be satisfied and the whole project documented thouroughly with all research included to a high standard, and written in good english. 3.
