AJAX Drag and Drop and Edit-in place

Hi I'm after an application/script that is AJAX based. I want it to look like a table, with columns and rows. I must be able to add/remove and edit rows. These rows must then be able to be sorted vertically, by dragging and dropping them. Also there must be a way to save the table, so when another user goes to the application, the data remains. I'd prefer it to be a webpage, so I can edit/update it easily.
