Ajax jQuery Joomla 1.6 module for displaying an xml file

I need an Joomla 1.6 module that displays information from an xml file and is refreshing in certain time intervals or when the xml file is updated on the server. It needs to be presented in airport arrivals/departures kind of way, preferably with nice but yet simple graphics (xml file attached). This needs to be installed as Joomla module, or easily pasted in Custom html Joomla module. There are both arrivals and departures in xml file that should be displayed. Optional features (open for suggestions): - Only 5 of each arrivals and departures are shown on the first page. When user clicks a button, a new page is shown with all arrivals and departures listed from the xml file. - Smaller module that can be displayed not only on the first page but on almost all pages of the website.
