3d Render of commercial bathroom/lockers

Hi Freelancers I need someone with good 3D experience to model and texture a bathroom/locker space. I have all the joinery drawings and details required to complete this project. Please read the below requirements. If you cannot meet all these requirements, please do not apply. -3D Model must be created in 3DS max -3D model (and all assets) must be handed over at the end of the project (this is not negotiable) -Textures must be setup with Corona render -Good quality seamless Textures -Be able to read CAD plans, finishes schedules and provide accurate 3D models to specification -Be able to model furniture correctly and understand quad modelling techniques -Commit to deadlines and deliver on time -Allow for styling of image (towels in storage etc) -Must be able to start immediately I have also included a sample bathroom image showing image quality required (although this project will not be as involved) Project deadline is 17th May. I have included a plan of the area to give you an idea of the scope. Look forward to your proposals.
