I have several pages of handwritten notes—thankfully all legible and clear—that I need turned into a clean, error-free plain-text file (.txt). Accuracy is crucial: every word, number, and line break must match the original sheets. No fancy formatting, just straight text that I can later import into my own software. You’re free to use any tool you like (Notepad, Sublime, Google Docs export, etc.) as long as the final deliverable is a single UTF-8 encoded .txt file with zero extra characters or missed lines. If this sounds straightforward to you and you have a sharp eye for detail and spelling, I’d be happy to send scanned copies of the pages so you can get started right away.

I have my résumé in a Microsoft Word document and the overall margins are already set the way I like them, so please leave those untouched. What I do need is a meticulous clean-up of the internal spacing—specifically between the main sections as well as in the header and footer area. The goal is a crisp, evenly balanced page that looks professional on screen and prints neatly without any odd gaps or crowding. Once you have adjusted the line and paragraph spacing, please return the file in the same Word format and, if possible, include a PDF version so I can see exactly how it renders.
