I need a surface-mount power-supply board designed for a consumer-electronics product. The board will run directly from 220–260 V AC and must deliver a regulated 144 V DC at 300–350 mA. Reliability is critical, so the design has to meet a 6 kV surge requirement, include both high- and low-voltage protection, and achieve a high power factor.
