I have a database with a number of different membership categories - e.g. Partner, Society, PAHH - and have set up automations to pass the membership details to generate either a form letter (via MAKE) or email (native Airtable) as a reminder that the membership is due. At the moment, I have multiple automations for each membership category for each of the 4 letters required.
