I am looking for someone to create a digital scratch card that can be used seamlessly across mobiles, tablets, and computers. I will provide the background image - I am looking for someone to integrate the scratch element. The scratch card should be interactive, allowing users to scratch off with their finger, touchpad or mouse, and I need the final file to be shareable. Image 1 shows the background image, Image 2 shows what I'd like it to look like with scratch elements that can be scratched by the user.
