The project has twofold goals: 1) Fix/replace the faulty VFD that controls the conveyor belt (Capacitor has popped) 2) Integrate a VFD that controls a motor that drives the attached guillotine mounted on top of the conveyor belt. Job Tasks: - Swap out a faulty capacitor on the existing Schneider VFD. - Integrate a VAC 220 VFD to the switchboard, to drive a 1/2HP 3 ɸ motor for the guillotine module. - Hands-on experience with VFDs. - Expertise in electrical capacitor replacement. -Expertise with industrial automation.
