The main issues are : startup state of MCU systick clock for hal_delay non functional Debugger resetting MCU in middle of operation code not stored in memory after powercycle . We are looking for somebody that is very used with stm32 MCU and know about electronic schematics and circuit for mcu integration on PCB .
