I am searching for a specialist who can help me with post-processor updates to work with for a 4-axis machine. I have a proper post-processor that generates code only for the 3-axis. So your job is to modify it to work with rotation head axis A(360 degrees) - Machine PICOMAX 56L - Controller Heidenhain TNC 620 - Software CAM Solidworks + CAMWorks

Need a bunch of parts programmed in CamWorks Pro with Volumill. I can supply the SolidWorks Solid model with the faces highlighted to machine as well as the stock to remove. Some of these parts will be from 60-62 R'C' hardened D2 material so must have experience machining hardened material. See the sample part. Most of the material will have been removed by wire EDM.

We have a family of parts which are machine on cnc and vmc machines. The output is a .nc file which is loaded on the machine. The .nc file is generated from camworks and mastercam. There are times when manual errors cause issues and I am looking for a script that check on the .nc file if everything is as per the rules of programming and standards that we have for the family of jobs. Issues like - Tool has gone below the material Wrong line / plane selection Speeds / feeds out of spec Tools not as per ATC standard and some more.
