It consists of two steps: the first is to allow the Blackmagic WDM audio filter to be set to receive 8 channels when used by a direct-show based capture / player software instead of just 2 channels. Basic Explanation: In the Blackmagic World all the CCU and Tally Data is embedded in the SDI Output of the Vidio Mixer (ATEM). This is then transportet through an SDI cable back to the camera. This way the Camera will show the Tally (Red Light) and you controll all the camera telemetric data. As our vision Mixer (ATEM) is located in a different location then the Cameras we can not transfer this data through the SDI Cable. So basically the data must be decrypted from the SDI Signal of the ATEM (or from the network protocol of the ATEM?), send by IP (through a VPN) to the place where the camera is located and be encrypted to an SDI Signal again to go into
