I am seeking a skilled freelancer to research and identify an app that can transform standard videos into high-quality black and white animated versions. The app should provide near-realistic animations, enhancing visual storytelling: People filmed should look animated but almost real. Please include video examples of apps with similar capabilities in your proposals. In order to understand what kind animation i want when the realtime video is being transformed into animated character i have posted a few pictures of drawings...so please refer to them otherwise you will be excluded to contest.
