Contest Brief

Hello - I have purchased banner ads for a website that I would like to have designed.
This is a Static ad.

Content should include: "Invest in Syracuse!
Decrease Your Fixed Real Estate Expenses, Decrease Your Salary Expenses and Increase The Quality Of Life For Your Employees! Learn More Today!"

The "Invest in Syracuse" from the content should be the main focus of the ad. The rest can be smaller font. Perhaps play with the words, Increase, Increase, Decrease (boldening or different colors). Also, the Syracuse colors are orange and blue.

Feel free to use stock images of Syracuse, NY. Or, some of the attached images.

Last thing: the ad must include the following by my picture:

1) File Size Guidelines:
80kb or less
2) Border/Animation Guidelines:
1 pixel black border must be included for all creatives to differentiate from surrounding content.
