Vector this logo,. and make it possible so i can place it over a black background header of site

Text should be white. I can't really say for sure how to do this perfectly right, you'll have to play with it, but I want the best looking logo using the file I'm attaching.

I want the file sent back as psd and ai. PSD should have layers.

I need to keep the corals behind the skull black so it will cause issue with background, so you must add stroke to keep the shape of logo above.

I made one example image. It's sort of like a sticker style.

SIR ARE YOU LLOW/ HAVE PERMISSION FROM MARVEL COMICS. TO USED THE PUNISHER LOGO? "Punisher Skull is copyrighted, so are pretty much all Superhero logos. Printing them for resale is illegal without permission from the trademark/copyright holders.
