I need to have a sample code (Hello World) that connects to Google Play Services (leaderboards and achievements). I want a hello world Ionic application with 3 buttons:
* Sign in to Google Play Services
* Post a record to Google Play Services leaderboard
* Post an achievement to Google Play Services leaderboard
It must be created in Ionic 4 or newer, using Vuejs (NOT Angular nor React) with Capacitor
