Looking to do a remake of my current website so I need to post this contest for the best design!

***IMPORTANT: Looking for a redesign that is modern & follows the rules of SEO layout & guidelines such as above the fold content... etc.... My colors are blue, red, black, grey, white & gradients with these same colors. Do NOT copy some other sites design and try to pass it off to me. I am looking for originality!
