Hi I want you to remake existing certificate on picture i attached with some new design you made, you show me example of your work and after i awarded some design then you'll make your design to DOCX and printable to A4 size format.
There 2 pictures you need to remake.
1. Open Picture 1 and fill Logo Media Pustaka on File attached Named "logo media pustaka into field 1" and wrote MEDIA PUSTAKA beside logo.
2. You dont have to create this logo, leave it empty.
3. Find Logo named "tut wuri" on file attached and fill into field 3.
4. Please use appropriate font, this certificate was for teacher training awards and please change a number under SERTIFIKAT to : Nomor: 02/MP-ALBA/DISDIK/.../2017
5. Please Leave square no 5 empty, just write Format question.
6. Wrote this sentence on field number 6 : telah mengikuti Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Tekhnik Membaca Permulaan dengan Menggunakan Metode ALBA yang diselenggarakan oleh : Media Pustaka, ALBA Indonesia dan UPI Banding. Dengan tema "Peningkatan Kualitas Profesionalisme Guru SD/MI untuk Pembelajaran Membaca Permulaan Murid Kelas I" yang diselenggarakan di UPI Kampus Tasikmalaya pada tanggal ... s.d ... ......... 2017.
7. Just wrote same as picture.
8. Open Picture 2 and fill logo named "upi bandung" to field 8.
9. Write the rest of sentence, table and "instruktur field according to picture.
