  I have added a PDF with some ideas for icons to describe the "services" (most of the offers contained icons, I like this idea, but need to be sure that the icons are copyright cleared). The three topics (workshop/coaching/studies) + an icon for references. I will be offline now for 4 hours, then respond again. Thank you for your entries!

     I like the design for computer screen. Especially the home page, "welcome" with little text and only one picture. The page with the icons is also a nice idea, if you can organize copyright-cleared icons, e.g. for "services/about us/resources/contact". I wonder how the design would look like on a smartphone - there we would need a different page structure, what do you think?

     I like your sample! Also checked it on my mobile. I like the black background, but with the logo I would prefer to have a white background for the top navigation (so that the red/white colours of the Swiss flag are hinted at). I wonder, if the boxes under "our services" should have sharp corners, relating to the squares of the logo? What is your experience with icons? I think that it's very effective to use them (as you did under "our services"), but if you take public icons it looks a little bit "cheap" - creating your own icons takes a lot of time/cost ...

     I like that you take up the design of the logo and colours. Maybe a little bit too much graphical elements? More "empty spaces" could maybe help the viewer to focus on the important thing? I wonder how the design looks like on a mobile device.
