I am looking for someone to produce an animated video / COMMERCIAL to promote a new website the Motto is "Support Local Business and Create Jobs Start ShopIn Local" 15 - 30 seconds should be Long enough.

I have this great little idea but am not into marketing. The website is currently being designed and I have the logo and slogan / motto and my idea / concept. Thats about it.

So I guess i am looking to have a promo that Says how Shopping locally supports your local business's and creates jobs in you local community for you / your friends or one day your kids. Spending money locally is better for local economy and local shopping is a nicer experience is Friendly Service, Local backup support. It Creates jobs! lower unemployment etc.

looking to do this in a short info / ad video.

Rather limited budget hence why i am on Freelancer Can you can help.. Once i get this video donw i will work on further videos and would contact you again. for now I need a overall concept video

In a mirco way so it really Supports Shopping local and my motto "Support Local Business and Create Jobs Start ShopIn Local"

  Sounds Good . Although the budget is too low but i will make one for you. It will be short but powerful. But i recommend to increase #budget so that you get quality video with appropriate length.

With this budget no one gonna create a similar style video like an example videos which you have provided us. It costs no less then 300$ ( We need to draw illustrations and then animating and it is hard working) So you need #increaseprize

Voice over not to important. I understand the Prize is low. once I get the site up and running i will have more $ to spend but for now this is what I have to work with. If i cant do it here I will try some online option for me to do it.. As i said more work will come at a better rate once i get the site up. Consider this job a Starter job

Once this video is done I will need to create a second Video From the Shoppers side. explaining how the site works for them I will contact the winner again for first offer and post another job. I would like the theme to remain consistent so this job will lead to more work for the Winner

I dont have any videos done for this site yet and I have a limited budget. However once this site is up i will come back to the winner to have further ones created. i will look for a simalar video so give you an idea of style that i am looking for and post soon

I guess I can Do the Voice over Post production could I ? and post a second comp for the voice over timed to suit the Video. Or another person on here my have the resources to complete that to.
