PART ONE: Hello CH, I think this will not go like this. You better split name and logo contest - namers can't do logo and vice versa - two different skill sets. This way you exclude namers and logo guys have bad command of English and are stuck with the name. My friendly advice to you would be to change the brief looking strictly for the name first (no logo) and once you have found your name, post a logo contest to match with the name.
