Contest Brief

I have a video and an audio poem that I need put together into a 1080p, compressed file.
1) The last part, where the man is walking back towards the camera, needs to be edited out. Cut video at 01:10
2) I need the logo of the company on the bottom, right present during the whole video.
3) Please insert the author's name and the title of the poem at the beginning of the clip:

  Yes, cut the video when he raises his hand. I would like to hear some of the ocean waves while he's reading the poem - you might be able to lower the volume of the waves.
