I'm looking for a video/animation ad for a system in my country called Tawasul. The script:
I would like the video to have the word "Tawasul" in it written or even with voice.
I would like the video to show an example for (inquiry, suggestion , and complaint) while the solution is to go to Tawasul system and submit the compplaint.
There are loads of services that you can use in the video creatively:
common issues:
- complain about viewing salary slip (solution is to make a complain on tawasul)
- complain about not being able to pay Electricity and Water bill (solution is Tawasul)
- interested to make a new idea for the website or any service available (user can do it on tawasul)
- inquiry about a service in any government entity listed on the Tawasul link (e.g. customer want to ask question to ministry of health/education/culture he can use tawasul system)
- suggestion to make any improvements in the services (e.g. character has idea and want it to happen he can make it on tawasul for any service)

Example of a possible story script:-
a Person wakes up in the morning he didn't know what to eat for breakfast,so he had an idea to make a suggestion for Minstry of health to make for him/her a healthy breakfast recommendation mobile app. Another guy was upset because he had problems paying his Electricity and water bill on the bahrain.bh website so he made a complain on tawasul for the eGovernment authority , finally a guy was a businessman who want to come to bahrain he wanted to know the procedures e can make a tawasul inquiry for Ministry of Industry and commerce. In the end of the story, all users had their reference numbers on their mobile phones and emails. Finally, All the users have been contacted by the call center 80008001 or by the email. with the solution to their complaints suggestions and inquiries.

The process of the system is: user goes on Bahrain.bh he clicks on Tawasul link, he submit his case to one of the government entities, user gets a reference number, user request status by website, live chat, phone 80008001. After few days user recieve the solution either by phone or email. if user was not satisfied he can reopen the case again.
