Need an infographic that flows the following process. We dont want this in a process flow. We want it in a clean creative infographic flow. It has to be in powerpoint and all editable. No stock images please. It has to be animated with a mouse click in between each step. Need to show the following steps with some space for a small text description for each step. :
1. Demand
Decision Point after Demand: Qualifies? Yes/No - if Yes continue to Discovery. If no end.
2. Data Discovery
3. Discovery? Requirements, Benefits identification, re-use opportunities
Decision Point: Continue? If yes, To Rapid Rapid Prototype or Rapid Delivery? If Rapid
Prototype go to 4. If Delivery, go to step 6.
4. Rapid Prototype Development
Decision Point: Did Prototype succeed? if yes? continue to Delivery. If no, Capture lessons learned
5. Close Out Prototype.
6. Delivery Agreement
7. Delivery Development
8. UAT
9. Prototype successful? If yes,
