Contest Brief

Hi guys, I have a very small startup sewing school that teaches French children how to sew in English. They are learning a new craft and practice their English at the same time. I also have a moms sewing club for ladies that would like to make something, does not have the skills or the equipment to do so. All this is done in a studio in our apartment. The school can only accommodate 3/4 people at a time so it is very small and intimate.

This does not bring sufficient income so, I also have an online store (Etsy - and soon my own website) where I sell hand made items. I need a logo for my business that will incorporate both the school and an online brand. I will create a website later. I do not have the funds to do that now.

The name of the School is called "Studio Kayza / Ateliers Kayza" and the name I use on my merchandise is just "Kayza". I have registered the name Kayza so I have the copyright. My original name of the school was "Growth Through Creation" - but it is not a memorable name so it is now my tagline/brand vision - if you want to call it like that. I do not need something over the top, simple like an emblem (name in the design) perhaps. I have played with colors and some items which I have attached.

The attached logo is from a free logo web site (FreeLogoDesign) - I like the 3 drops because it balances with "Growth Through Creation" and Kayza as a brand/trademark. I do have loads of money to pay for a Designer and would appreciate a competitive fee. (The logo must be SVG / PNG and suitable for all social media sites. (FB/Instagram/LinkedIn/Etsy etc) A logo where the Tagline has been removed and one with it included.

I do not want a sewing machine or any sewing items in the logo.

Thanks so much!

Employer Feedback

“It was great working with Jovana. This was the first time that I had to create a logo, so I was unsure of the processes. She was patient and helped me through the change requests with samples of what will work and what will not work in the design. She was very quick to execute change requests. I will most definitely work with her and can recommend her work ethic. ”
