Contest Brief

I work for a non profit organization and need help designing some quality flyers/posters to hand out physically as well as for use on social media. We don't need anything super detailed or intricate but help with creating a visually appealing graphic that also conveys important information. More details on event attached. This is my first attempt at outsourcing to someone more talented than myself, but there are also several other events that I need graphic design help on in 2019 so if this one goes well I will be happy to use the same person for those as well. Thanks
