Contest Brief

*Update* I've loved a lot of the designs I've seen so far. However, a few pointers to help designers. Firstly, this is NOT a fishing company. Some of the designs are too "fishy". Secondly, the iconography on some has been very similar to those used in Christian advertisements. It's not a religious company.
Very few of the designs have included anything that suggests education. To help, the full quote that the name is drawn from is: Everybody is a Genius. But If You Judge a Fish by Its Ability to Climb a Tree, It Will Live Its Whole Life Believing that It is Stupid - Albert Einstein. So although I really love some of the mountain designs, they're missing the fact that the quote is about trees. Finally, although I really like the graphical logos, I'm still ok with variations on CFC or the name with a bit of work around it. But please don't type it in a different font and expect to win - I know how to use a word processor and I won't be giving the commission to someone who just changes fonts.

I'm looking initially for a designer to create a logo for my new business. I'm looking for something graphical not just the name written in a different font.
It may also extend to designing the look and feel of the business's communications and website.
The business name is "Can fish climb?" and is based around education - particularly assessment and learning in non-traditional ways. The business is b2b offering training and coaching to teachers and schools (not to students). It's based in South East Asia and China.
