Contest Brief

We are a small tourism business and we are finding that too much of our emails are ending up in clients spam/junk folders. We have never engaged in any bulk unsolicitored spam email campaigns or similar that would in some way put us on some black list. We basically only reply to our clients who initiate contact with us so there is no reason for anyone to report our mail as spam either.
