Diversity tower (Sketchup work and rendering)

Contest Brief

Hello-

I am a hobbyist architectural designer, and full time Project Engineer. I conceive ideas, and would love to start making them a reality. This is my first project on here, and I have a bit of a limited budget of $40 for someone to finish up a Sketchup model (Just adding ribbon of windows along the top of each floor), and produce a render. I understand the budget is very low, so I would just as well welcome a beginner to work on this project. The render would be of the East elevation, I have included several photos of Google street view looking West to assist in the render. The project area would be right next to an iron bridge and across the street from a brick warehouse.

Thanks for looking, and hopefully you can help make Diversity Tower become a reality in render form!
