Hi

I am looking for a design-concept for a beach house in a rural area

The land is an square of 350 meters x 350 meters. The north side is beach. The weather is warm and humid all year. The access to the land is from the south side.

What is required:

1) Design the house, 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bath. Do NOT design a luxury house, please keep it simple. Maximum size 100 square meters. 1 or 2 floors, opt to you.
2) design external areas: BBQ, kiosk, garden, etc
3) dock for an small boat
4) garage or parking space for two cars.

Notes:

- The house will be off the grid, take in consideration a proper place for solar panels, batteries and water tanks.
- air-conditioned is not suitable, big windows and fans are needed.
- use more natural light as possible.
- echo friendly ideas are welcome.

I know the budget is low, structural drawings and interior designs are not required.

Dear designers. I want to clarify the budget is low because i am not expecting a complicated design, 3D animation, or 360 grades view. Actually if you make a 2D drawing in powerpoint or by hand that properly specifies how to allocate the available space in a nice and efficient way, thats enough for me :) Thank you!
