Body Clock

Body Clock refers to the body’s biological clock. Your internal clock regulates everything you do. It controls your metabolism, hunger, sleep, hormone regulation, times of peak productivity and even your cell division. It exists to ensure you are active the right parts of the day. If your body clock is out of sync it can even lower your body’s immune system. A regular schedule day in and day out is one of the best things you can do to keep your body clock in check ‘’The Body Clock’’ Technology lifestyle clinic works with individuals to resynchronize a body whacked by dysfunctional eating, too much stress, stimulation and disruptive eating patterns. With the correct nutritional plan and state of the art fitness technology, we work with your body, not against it to boost your metabolism and get rid of extra weight. Rewind your ‘’Body Clock’’ because your body knows best!
