Design for an ID card (roleplay purpose)

Contest Brief

For an airsoft roleplay event in April, we need to have ID cards. My design skills are not great. So i ask you to help me with this.

Background story:
At the event we will be playing as private military contractors and we are hired to do the security for "Kraken corp".
We will get 2 patches from the organisation. (see BW11Patch.jpg attached) There is also a kraken corp logo.
We will play with a group of 35 people.

I made something my self allready and attached that also its the (own design ID Card.ai)
So you can have an idea what i look for.
You can make the logo more fancy on your own even add a background to it if you want. Just make it so that it looks like a cool security ID card.


Items that need to be on the ID card:
Name:
Callsign:
Rank:
QR code (attached)
Pass Photo (attached)

What i need at the end:
ID card design in vector (illustrator) in CMYK colors
Fonts used for the Names (every card will be printed later with Call signs and Names)

The design will be printed on PVC card (creditcard)
The size of most credit cards is 85.60 mm × 53.98 mm (​3 3⁄8 × ​2 1⁄8 inches) and rounded corners with a radius of 2.88–3.48 mm, conforming to the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard

    The design will be printed in PVC Cards (bankcards), so keep in mind with the design size.
