We are in the process of arranging print of desk calendars however need assistance of a graphic designer to create the branding header and side column for the content.

We are primarily an Ambulance and Wheelchair Van Transportation Service however we offer other services as well.

We would like for our logo to exist on the header and our company phone number which I will provide to the winner to edit into the design - the phone number is in the following format (555) 555-5555

We want a well designed list of our services on the side column

Training and Certification
