Contest Brief

I need a mock up for UI for a security tracking iOS app used to let friends or colleagues follow one another while traveling in potentially dangerous areas. You are not required to do a mock for the four pages below. Mocking up the profile page and one other page of your choice will be fine. I added the four pages to demonstrate the flow and function.
Based on the contest winner I will hire you to build out the remaining App UI pages. I need this to be in PSDs unless you suggest another file type for Apps..

I like the lay out and flow of the App UI should be similar to Tagg Pet Tracker app https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tagg-the-pet-tracker/id474539050?mt=8, emphasis on using GPS to track your friends or business personnel traveling in potential danagers areas like South Africa, middle east or the south side of Chicago. You can send a invite to friend or colleague asking them to down load the app and giving them permission to follow you via GPS. I am thinking of branding it as

GPS Escort - Your Personal Security Surveillance App

The Activate page - where your press the Alert button and a templete or form opens to fill out key info to share with whoever you invite to follow you. Also History is below. That will list by most recent our last trips or events, so you can click on those to reuse the forms, just change the date for example.
The Alert page is child page under the Activate page when you click the Alert button. That bring up the form to complete. When done you click Send Alert. Need to options, one Set Alert via App and Sent Alert via SMS. This way you can invite someone to follow you who might not have the App yet, the Alert SMS will include link to downloaded it. I also include a setting page. There might be a few more. Lets see what you can come up with. I like the orange, grey, green. Hi,
I've just checked the Tagg tracking app. It seems that this app ins't updated anymore since 2012, which is very visible in the layout style.
Will you still need a similar UI or is it possible to apply a modern iOS UI style ?
