Make a stunning webdesign (WP Theme) for a remote computer repair service. Core business is solving problems via remote support. We want a webdesign only, so structured PSD files and used fonts.

The goal off this website is to move clients (Both B2B and B2C) to call the ICT Helpdesk. Almost all off the website visitors dont know the company yet so the website needs to be easy to use and very approachable for all types off customers.

We would like a 3 step explaination off how the remote service works.

Some USPs: Quick, Low cost, Instant help, No appointment needed, Allround helpdesk, Up and running quickly for PC, Laptop, Smartphone, Tablet, NAS, Printer, Network etc.

We need to create an online identity because most clients never see us in person.

Target audience: Customers with a PC with Windows or MAC OS, with peripherals like printer, wifi adaptors, NAS, Cameras etc. Customers with software problems, both home users as corporate clients.

Services we provide:
Remote support (Teamviewer) on Windows and MAC OS, Apps, Virus removal, Installations, Error messages, Startup problems, Network problems etc.

Important information need to be shown on top. We will make this sticky so its visible always. (Menu, company name, logo, Phone 0900 555 55 33

Mac-helpdesk.nl: Dynamic information: available employees, Opening hours, How many waiting before you.

Studentaanhuis.nl: Nice landingspages for computerhulp + city pages. Important information on top, after that info on amount off clients, students, customer review score. Partner information.

Dynamic information we want to publish:
Number off solutions provided by day / week / month
Most looked up pages

To get review rating stars in Google's organic listings on every page we want to be able to let customers place a review on the item they came to the site. So if some one has searched for computerhulp Amsterdam they can leave a review on one off our regional pages.

Pages that need to be designed:
Homepage
Category page
Productpage
Regional page (Helpdesk Amsterdam for instance)
Computer issue page (Here we describe a certain issue like a specified Malware or Ransomware problem)
Contact page

A dropdown menu would be needed to orden all the information and items.

The answer is simple , the designs steals , then create a fake account and wins the prize car , so only have to pay the commission and the money returns to the ... can see that the winner is a newly created account .. but I can report this to the people of freelancer
