I need made a “one-page” style front page presentation site (9 pages actual) using a customised theme for Wordpress, that is up to date with latest design trends so that it looks cutting edge. Wordpress is already installed and the basic content and page structure is laid out (currently using Massive Dynamic theme). The header, menu, and logo will be as on current site. The logistical structure is to be developed as outlined clearly below. Anyone can design a webpage of dummy content, but what is needed is a focus on design and formatting of the presented content for the best user experience. The site will consist of a scrolling home page divided into areas or panels that will present an intro to and link thru to the content page of which its represents.

To be developed, in a creative way, to show the following:

The first area, the above the fold area, or Panel 1 is to be a full screen video background with the option to have 1 looping video or a slider with different feature slides. This area will have an intro text with a call to action button (Explore More) which links to the Location page. And will incorporate an integrated booking module using, Planyo (http://www.planyo.com/tutorial-search.php). All Above the fold.

Panel 2, is an intro text that links to the About page. Will need to contain the following elements: summary text, 6 stars icon, tagline (leisure, luxury. style..), and a link to Discover (read) more.

Panel 3, Is to present the accommodations and link thru to the Accommodations page. A sliding picture gallery that will show a combination of area and room/accommodation photos from the gallery.

Panel 4, the Activities panel. Needs to creatively show images (slider?) of activities tagged photos from the gallery, and can have perhaps a descriptive subtext/title for each activity.

Panel 5, Tours will use the provided poloroid styled thumb images over a dark grey background. These will present tour packages and link to the packages pages.

Panel 6, Location, will be represented by pictures and maps in an expanding accordion parallax effect (that will open the pic wider) with a photo linking to each of the following: Access, Village, Region.

Panel 7, to show recent blog posts

Panel 8, to show Gallery/Instagram Gallery and have a text link to instagram, whereas the thumb images link to the site gallery (where I’d like the instagram images to be incorporated in if that means double uploading them to each place)

Panel 9, will be a signup box… for exclusive deals, promotions, and events.

And the footer as shown in mockup and will need to incorporate links or widget to local weather

For the contest, you will do a mockup of the home page, addressing each element listed and referred to above. The contest will be judged according to the most thorough response so please read carefully as to not waste anyones time. The best design that addresses all issues will be chosen. Upon selection, the site will need to be programmed according to the above specs having a one page style front page with multiple content pages. For the most part, the content pages will need to be addressed only with a minimal template and perhaps some customization/programming for a few pages. Excessive work can be billed additionally. I need competent, quality design work with an eye for modern, minimilastic, popping design for attraction and ease of use.
