Hi,
Attach is image, you need to provide the text of image with the attached map of texas in a single transparent image,.

Be creative in mixing both image (make sure both of them are outlines only, so that they could be visible on any background).

One image is Texas outline map and you need to keep other image over it (after removing it from black background) and show in transparent final image.
