Contest Brief

Model the house in the photos and video attached, using 3DS Max, HomeStyler, or Twinmotuiion (high-quality SketchUp models are also good). Depending on the range of entries, a second prize may be awarded for second place as well.

The winning entry will model the house inside and outside, including the garage and drive, and the exterior fence and boundary walls.

Here are the key items to model in order of importance:

1. House rooms, walls, floors, ceilings, lights with accurate dimensions
2. The exterior of the main house
3. The garden
4. The garage
5. The drives
6. The perimeter fence and walls

General items inside the house are not as important.

The winner will hand over a 3D model in either 3DS Max, Twinmotion or Home Styler that is as close to the photos as possible (would also consider a high-quality SketchUp model).

    Does the file have to be on 3ds Max or is it allowed to work on Twinmotion program Because it is faster in rendering

      Hi there, a 3D file model is needed (or a link to the model if using Home Styler). The model will be used as a walk-through and to plan changes.

      I need the 3D Model file. And ideally, it will be a 3D model that has everything. The house, all the rooms, the garden, and the perimeter fence.

      If it is getting hard to work with, depending on the tool, perhaps you can hide certain rooms or sections temporarily, to work on a room at a time?

    hello, do you need a render for each room or do you just want a  house model to roam around in it without rendering? if you want high quality render for each room it can be achieved better in 3ds studio max but if you only want a solid model with texture and accessories(unrendered)SketchUp is way better for roaming in the environment but sketch ups render quality is  much lower than 3ds max, let me know what suits you best, thanks

      Hi there, the model is going to be used for rendering individual rooms mainly and for roaming, a bit of both. So if you create a SketchUp model that is of course fine.
