Contest Brief

Escrow.com is world most licensed and secure online escrow service in the world. We acts as a trusted third party between a buyer and seller. For any high value transactions, the buyer send us the payment, we notify the seller that the funds are received and secured, at which point the seller can deliver the goods or services with a peace of mind, . Once the buyer receive the goods or services and is happy with them, we release the payment to the seller. Escrow protect the buyer by making sure they receive the goods and services as promised by the seller and protect the seller by making sure that the funds are available and secured before delivering the goods.

We are trying to come up with a nice Slogan and Tagline for the business.

Slogan vs Tagline:
Although both "slogan" and "tagline" tend to be used interchangeably, they actually serve two different purposes.
A slogan identifies a product or company. So does a tagline, for that matter. Where these terms differ is in how they position a company in its industry.

A slogan encompasses a company's mission, what it stands for, and even how it's helping customers in the individual campaigns the company might run. Slogans can therefore be longer than taglines.
A tagline is a catchy quip that evokes an image of your brand in the minds of your customers. Taglines enable people to make lighthearted associations with your business: "When I see [tagline], I think [company]."
Taglines are more often next to the company's logo on official advertisements, and are dedicated more specifically to brand awareness than slogans. Slogans carry a brand's values and promises as the company grows and evolves, and can be promoted under an overarching company tagline.

Historically we were using "Never buy or sell anything online without Escrow.com" as the slogan but we are looking for a better one and deliver the message in nicer way. Suggest a Slogan and Tagline and win the prize :)

    This is one of the best contest briefs I've seen in quite some time. Because this contest is already off to such a great start (many CHs don't start things off quite as well), I urge you to consider sealing the contest.
