Contest Brief

I am looking to recreate the attached picture but would like to see a few changes.

1. I would like this to look cleaner and sharper
2. No Logo's
3. The chain he is holding should be able to be switched for other tools. (Example. Pipe Wrench, Hammer, Stop Sign)
4. Be creative this sticker is for Construction workers hard hats.
