Clean up a simple image and turn it into a vector

Contest Brief

I need the attached image to be cleaned up by straightening the lines and smoothing the curves.
I then need it turned into a vector file (svg).
I just need the background to be transparent, not black.
I would like to have four versions: white with the black shadow and one white without; then a black with white shadow and one black without.
Please post your entry with all four versions.

    dear contest holder i suggest please check everyone's work with background where you can see shadow effect and all details transparent file is just a saving format everyone work on layers so transparent background is not so important you can ask for AI file in last.

    dear contest holder i have a one question how you will check shadow effect is looking good or its want to be some more modification while you are judging on without background , transparent background is not a good way to judge someones work u cant get full details , transparent file is secondary thing we all can provide file with transparent background .
