Cartoon digital painting of my best friend in Superhero mode

Contest Brief

Hi all, I want to do an original gift for my best female friend as she is a very nice person so want to do that for her, she will be very happy, my idea was to make her as a superhero with a power to blow smoke from her shisha (as she smokes and loves shisha) so here are details:
- Comics/manga style
- Action of her blowing smoke while holding shisha (Any better idea is welcome)
- Marseille (her city) as background (example in files, don't forget night shades ;) )
- Needs to look like her! (providing her pics in files)
- Sky in background will be by night with full moon
- Superhero suit will be red & blue
- Her name is "Anita" and needs to be written along with "Chicha Woman" in comics style.
- Make her chubby but not too fat either!
- Chicha will be in her back (like proton pack from Ghostbuster, not mandotary)
- She will wear thick glasses
- You will provide very good quality source file as I will print it in big size (A3 I think)!

Any other idea is very welcome !!!

  I think by size he meant amount of detail. Which is very important in vector as making detailed vector is more time-consuming than raster. You can probably already see that entries have collage-y mismatched feel. That's because that's not made from scratch but compiled (city outline is sloppily auto-vectorized for example). Also, I'm extremely doubtful that people who entered will object to potential prize increase. That's just not very logical. I'm not really going to participate (task is very fun but laborious if made well and prize is not proportionate to it and to the risk of not being paid at all) but I've seen this very fair complaint and kinda patronizing response and couldn't resist putting my two cents in
