Hello

I am looking for someone to do me a 3D floor plan of my car showroom/vehicle workshop

I have all the dimensions

Thing we will want to know,

the workshop needs to be at the top and the area for cars at the bottom , it is a vehicle sale showroom and a workshop but they need to be divided

1. how many cars we can park
2. how many ramps we can have
3. add my paint booth
3. clear floor plan
4. office space flow
5. car flow

building dimensions

18m wide x 45 length
office space is 8m legth by 10.5m wide
parking spaces for cars are 2.4m width to 3.65 length
mechanic ramp space is 5m length by 3.4m width with a 1.2 metre gap between
paint booth is 9m length by 4.10 width
car photo area is 6m by 6m

the office needs to be at the bottom and not move
the paint booth is at the top in the middle and cant be moved

we need access down the right hand side to get cars backwards and forwards
