Contest Brief

I need a calculator like this one: https://www.vapeindustries.com.au/#cigarettes_per_day_input

It can copy the same dollar values for now, I will edit later

I want to use in wordpress, so I assume that I will need the css code and javascript code from you to make it work

Please post sample of working code on a live page for contest to prove that it works, then you will be awarded as the winner.

I have some css skills so I wont bother you with minor edits, just need the bulk of the initial work done. Thanks!
