Build me a DOPE video intro for my YouTube Channel

Contest Brief

I have attached an .ai file of my logo and an image, I want the intro to be about 5 seconds long give or take, heres how I want it to be done but I am open to new ideas..

1. have the logo fade in from black.
2. (keep the background black) and when the logo fades in completely I think it would be cool to have it be like a neon sign with certain letters that are kind of shorting out but spaced out evenly, have the noise of a couple light bulbs shorting out and make the logo have a slight reflection on the "ground".
3. then have the 2nd file somehow transition in after that then fade to black. (it can be longer than 5 seconds if needed but max 10 seconds)
